1 General Terms and Definitions

lll44 is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and other gaming services for Bangladeshi users. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between lll44 and its users ("you", "member").

3 Age Restrictions

lll44 is an adults-only platform. Opening an account and playing games is permitted only for those aged 21 and above.

• If any account belonging to a person under 21 is identified, it will be closed immediately.
• Funds deposited into an underage account will be returned, however any bonuses or winnings earned will be forfeited.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive up to a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times (bonus amount × 20).

• After accepting a bonus, the wagering requirement must be met within the specified time limit.
• The bonus balance and any associated winnings are not withdrawable until the wagering requirement is fulfilled.
• The welcome bonus can be received only once per member.

5.2 VIP Cashback Program

The lll44 VIP program has four levels:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If an attempt is made to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or through any other dishonest means, all bonuses will be cancelled and the account will be permanently closed.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on lll44 are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and there is no human intervention.

6.1 Betting Limits

• Specific betting limits apply to each game or market. Limits may change and will be displayed on screen.
• lll44 reserves the right to change the betting limits of any member or restrict them from specific markets.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

• If a match is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• In the event of any dispute regarding a match result, the decision of the relevant international sporting body (ICC, BCB) will be considered final.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, lll44 reserves the right to cancel those bets.

6.3 Live Casino

In live games, the dealer's decision is final. If a game cannot be completed due to a technical issue, that round will be cancelled and the bet amount will be refunded.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the lll44 platform. Violating these rules may result in the account being immediately suspended and permanently closed.

• Money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using bots, automated software, or any hacking tools.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes by colluding with other members (collusion).
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors or bugs in the platform.
• Stealing another person's account credentials or attempting unauthorised access.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward lll44 staff or other members.
• Making transactions using third-party payment methods.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 lll44's Authority

lll44 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice for any reason, particularly:

• In the event of a violation of any clause of these terms.
• If fraud or illegal activity is suspected.
• In the event of failure to complete KYC verification.
• In the event of prolonged inactivity (no activity for 12 months or more).

8.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may contact the support team at any time to close your account. Any withdrawable balance will be processed before the account is closed.

9 Responsible Gaming Policy
